Tai Ma Sauce

Tai Mai Sauce Company has a rich history of more than 50 years in Hong Kong. It is rooted in Kwun Tong, a densely populated area, where Tai Ma and neighborhoods coexist.

During the SARs period, the company reduced its prices to tide over the difficulties with their customers. Till now, the company also gain support and encouragement of their customers.

大孖醬園,已在香港有超過五十年的歷史,扎根在觀塘,這個人口密集的舊區,大孖與這裡的街坊相依共存。沙士期間,大孖減價與街坊共度難關,有今天的大孖,也是全靠有街坊們的支持和鼓勵。

 

很多人問,大孖的「孖」字是不是解作兩兄弟的意思。在我們這裡,是指兩父子。大孖醬園孕育了鄒家的三代人,代代相傳,造醬的技術由爸爸傳給兒子,兒子傳給其兒子,所以一直以來是父子兵,兩父子拍住上。

年輕時隻身闖蕩到香港,在街邊開檔賣魚蛋(魚圓)。他用自製的辣椒油,作為魚蛋的蘸料,由於辣椒油辣中帶香,吸引了眾多顧客,因此魚蛋賣得很紅火。
