Yung Hing Oyster Sauce

Mr. Chen and his son are the founders of  Yu Hing Oyster Sauce Factory. The factory was established in 1950.

 

Lau Fau Shan Yu Hing Oyster Sauce uses only authentic ingredients and produce in Hong Kong by using traditional method.

 

The Oyster Sauce usues only oyster extract that has full season of oyster's umami flavour and fragrance. It does not contain sugar, flour, additives and preservatives. It is also low in calories yet rich in protein and nutrients. It is suitable for keto diet.

 

Common brand oyster sauce found in stores are made with oyster extracts, sugar, corn starch and very often with additives and preservatives.

裕興的蠔油級數由高至低分別是:原裝,蠔油王及特級。裕興的(原裝蠔油)是100%用蠔肉熬製,熬足16小時,不添加任何豆粉和糖,帶有海水天然的鹹味。蠔味濃烈,其獨特的鹹鮮絕非坊問的蠔油可以X 美,是蠔油愛好者的必然選擇。

 

至於(蠔油王)是由50%蠔汁調製,鮮香依舊,調和後的鹹味更易入口,用來炒菜調味或直接沾點食用都很適合。而(特級蠔油)的蠔味較蠔油王溫和,鮮味不減,但價錢跟大眾化,是平日家常下廚的好助手,例如可以用來做一些不太要求突出鹹鮮的料理,如鹹肉等等。
